I was with company A till 2016 on H1B visa. Via Company , my Labor and I-140 was approved in EB3 category.
In 2016, I moved to company B, my H1B got transferred.
Company B applied for my Labor that got approved and I-140, 20 days back on premium. But got to know in USCIS status that they have sent for RFE. At this point we have not received letters from USCIS and dont know RFE for.
I had made travel plans in another 10 days to India, also have to go for Visa stamping.
Is it advisable to travel? or it is better to cancel travel plans?
