Dear all,
My I140 (EB1C) was filed with TSC in Aug 2017. I received a notice from USCIS in Dec 2017 that my case is transferred from TSC to NSC with reason "standard transfer process"
Should I be looking at processing times of NSC (where my application is transferred to) or TSC (where my application is initially filed)?
Unfortunately NSC processing times are 12-16 months for EB1C, where as TSC is just 6 months.
