After getting GC, i 140 gets revoked

Hi
Is anyone facing this issue, got GC through cognizant in 2016, worked with them for a year after getting GC, moved on to other jobs. All of a sudden got a text on my mobile to say " Per your request SRCxxxxxxx the i140 is being revooked"
Have not been able to find who requested for revokal, does not look like a USCIS action
What does this mean to the status
Did chat with USCIS chat support and found that I485 and GC are intact, was also told my chat support since I140 is filed by a company , they cannot get into see what happened in it

Need some suggestions/help

Once the GC has been issued, your I485 has no significance. And for that matter nor does your I140. The employer can always revoke their I140 petition, but that has no bearing on your GC unless the revocation has been for a finding of fraud. That does not appear to be your case. So there shouldn't be any problem.
