Can I file an I-140 for EB2-NIW while I already have an I-797 for an approved EB1A?

I hold an I-797 for an approved EB1A. Due to the dates not being current for filing I-485 I am considering filing an I-140 for an EB2-NIW with I-485 concurrent filing.

Would there be any conflict in filing an EB2-NIW while I already have an I-797 for an EB1A?

Hi you can file EB2 NIW However 2 applications for i485 cannot be filed at USCIS

yes you can file many I-140 EB-1A or even multiple I-140 EB-2 if the date is current for EB-2 and not EB-1A it might help you move things along.
