Hello Everyone,
I'm in my last year of H1B and my LC has been approved. Filing the I-140 is still pending as I'm unable to get an experience letter for a company where I was unpaid intern for 4 months.
How do I go about resolving this and extend my H1B beyond 6 years?
1. Find a way to still get the experience letter.
2. Switch company so that I can transfer my H1B and get PERM filed with new company.
