Hi,
My company filed I-140 under EB1C. The case has been active for 35 days (priority date 10/24/2018) when the case status suddenly changed from "Case was received" to "Document Was Mailed To Me" with the following text:
"On November 27, 2018, we mailed your document for Receipt Number YYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY , directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by December 27, 2018, please go to https://www.uscis.gov/e-request to request the document be sent to you. If you move, go to https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your name mailing address."
I couldn't find any information online on what this might mean:
* Approval - I wish. Too soon after 35 days.
* RFE - Too soon after 35 days, isn't it? I also know there's normally a different case status for it - "Request For Additional Evidence Evidence Was Sent".
Any insight as to what can this be would be appreciated.
