I-140 for EB1C

Hello All,

My PD is March 2018. It was a concurrent filing. Bio metric was done and received EAD/AP cards. Any idea when the I-140 and I485 will be approved?

Hello. My company filed the I-140 (EB-1C) and I-485 concurrently in Dec 2017. Biometrics 02/18. EAD/AP since 03/18. Radio silence since then.
Filed a SR 09/18. Standard response.
After my manager escalated to the lawyer last week we learned that USCIS has set a deadline middle of Feb. to the officer to update the case...
I believe it when I see the update...
