I-140 is filed - planning to change office location
Folks,
My company recently opened up a new office in Dallas. I am currently based in California. I am considering a move to the Dallas office - here's my current scenarion...
1) I-140 currently filed
If I move to Dallas, does the relocation impact my current GC application in any way? Also, does it prompt an adverse action like a RFE? Please can you advise as this is very critical. The new office is operational and has close to 100 people.
Will I need to refile PERM and I-140??? If thats the case - I won't move.
