Cancel i140 and use labor for other

Hi,

My friend had labor clearance from 2 firms, and applied for i140 from 2 firms. He got his i140 approved from one firm.

I don't have labor clearance, my friend is asking me to use his labor clearance.
Basically i have to cancel his i140 application which he did 1month back, and use his labor clearance.

Is this possible ?

Please help me.
