ive went and gotten my fingerprints taken in newark last month im still waiting on my EAD does anyone know how long it usually takes i need to get back to work??? thanks alot for taking the time to reading this

the whole process takes around 2 months from filing to getting the card.
But you cant really make any formal inquiry until after 3 months as thats the tim eUSCIS gives...............if however 3 months pass and no card or approval you can make an appointmnet and go into the office at Newark an dthey'll give you on e but three months has to pass..............Comment
