Could You Tell Me Is It Easier To Get A Family Member Here From Canada By Getting A Friend To Sponsor Using I-140. Than Waiting For An I-130 To Go Through?

I-140 is only for employment based immigration. Your friend must offer a job to your family member and follow all the rules.
