i filed i-140 concurrently with i-485 on aug25, 2006 the notice date sep20,2006!!!!my h1b 7th year will expire in OCT29, 2006.....
IS IT OK NOT TO FILE H1B EXTENSION FOR THE 8TH YEAR AND WAIT EAD INSTEAD?
ANY BODY HAS THIS SITUATION BEFOR?
