Hi,
My sister husband sponsors me as a household worker it means unskilled worker category. I file PERM on May 2006, and got my Labor certification approved on July 2006. Since Im already out of status I have to file I-485 too which my understanding is will take a long-long time since visa availability in that category rightnow just reach 01May01.
My questions is...can I apply for EAD with just I-140?
and I plan to get married (my boyfriend is also out of status) should we file I-140 with married status or just wait until I can apply for I-485 then get married? (Personally I dont want to get married now-we both still want to work save money and have big wedding later).
