  • i-140 premium processing

I have applied for I-140 premium processing EB3 caegory. The receipt date is Sep 20th 2006. Ideally as per USCIS it is 15 days for premium processing but it is more than a month now but the status has still not changed. In USCIS website though the last updated date alone has changed.

Has anyone applied for I-140 premium processing and got it thru..how many days does it take. Does this elay mean anything bad??

    Thanks..

      I-140 premium processing

I'm planning to file I-140 premium processing. But out of 5 years of experience, for one year,I dont have exp letter from company.

But I have exp letters from ex-collegues.Will that be ok.
With this situation can I file I-140 in premium processing?

Has people who submitted exp letters from ex-collegues have got their I-140 approved successfully.

      Thanks.
