I-140 Experience

Hi,
I have PG degree from India + 5 yrs exp(includes 8 months with current employer). The RFE i got says that i should have 5 yr of exp of specified date and i have met thier eligiblity including experience from current employer.
I just want to know whether the experience with current employer is considered or not? if not will it be changed to EB3?
Can anyone help me out with this?

What is the LC requirement ? That determines whether you are eligible or not for EB2.
Usually the experience with the current employer does not count ( until otherwise your job profile changes :-)
