My RIR EB2 labor got cleared.Now I don't know whether to file I-140 in premium or regular.Out of my 5 years of previous job experience,I don't have experience letter for 1 year in company letter head.
Instead I have a letter from a ex-collegue of mine,who worked with me in that previous company.I also have the tax returns for this period.
So with this situation,Can I go ahead and file I-140 in premium processing?
It's very urgent.Can somebody pls help me regarding this.
