Hello! Friends, My I-140 was applied on sept 2006 and i again sent it to Pemium processing on jan 9th on jan 17th USCIS denied my I-140. Now they are requesting me to submit my College transcripts that are from 1992 from my college in India and also W-2 from me and W-2 from my employer.
I just want to know that what should i tell my lawyer to do and what will happen to my I-140, Will i ever get greencard in future or not ? Please give me all the possible details.
