Hello everybody,
Can you please clarify my doubts on EB2 - Evaluation for I140?
My company is in the process of applying EB2 - I140 for me. But my company attorney raised a question whether if my MCA is equivalent to MS or not.
My academic qualification is BSc (MPC) and MCA from India. And i have MCA+ three + years of experience before my company applied EB2 LAbor
And in ETA sec 14, it was mentioned as Masters Degree or equivalent, and on 15 - Bachelors in any field + 5 years prgresively related experience
When i spoke to one of the evaluation services they told me that my MCA itself is equivalent to MS degree. And without describing my BSc they gave evaluation that my MCA is quivalent to MS dgreee here.
Does anyone got the same evaluation from any services?
Is my qcademic qualification is equivalent to MS dgree in USA?
