Change of Category from EB2 to EB1

Hi ,
Has any one experienced in change of Status from EB2 to EB1 Once the eligibilty criteria is met for EB1?

Appreciate any experieince and help in this regard

i heard of applying in EB2 and EB1 categories ( dual strategy) and i did the same recently. But i have not heard about changing the status from EB2 to EB1.
