Hello Gurus,
Need your help please!!!
I have done BE Electrical in 1995 and has evaluations. I am in process of filing EB2 Green card and I have the experience as below.
1. 5.5 years (Sept 1995- March 2001) in Multinational Electrical company as Senior Projects engineer. I had exposure to SAP implementation during this time, which is a good IT experience, however, I do not have any experience letter indicating the same. This is indicated on labor. I am not very sure if I can obtain experience letter indicating the same.
2. 4 years 9 months (April 2001 - Jan 2005) in reputed Indian IT company - This is pure IT experience and have letters indicating the same. The problem is it is 3 months short to 5 years.
3. Currently working with an IT firm since Jan2005. (15 months)
Can my employer file EB2 in this case? Is 5 years of IT experiece needed prior to current employement or inclusive of current employement? Is there any way I can show current employement experience of 15 months?
Appreciate any help you can provide on this.
Sincerely.
