Need EAD to change jobs after approved I-140?
Hi,
I got I-140 approved by NSC in April, and my I-485 was submitted to NSC 8 months ago and now is still pending.
As I know, i can switch to another job as long as it's the same or similar position as I-140 petitioned while I-485 is pending more than 180 days. Concurrently, i am also under H1.
1) Do i need to get a EAD to switch jobs?
2) Can my currnet employer cancel/revoke an approved I-140 as an petitioner?
3) I haven't received any finger print notice for I-485, what should i do?
i will appreciate if someone can give me some advise~
