Hi Just wanted to know if someone is only having tracking number of I-140 Approval and he/she wants to change the employer to carry the same priority date of Jan-2004. Because, copy of Approval is not provided to the employees due to company policy.
Is I-140 petition number and copy of Labor Approval from the previous employer enough for the new employer to proceed with the filing in capturing the same priority date?
