    EB3 and EB2 concurrently, need advise, please help!!!

    My company have applied and got approval of I-140 for me under EB3. They would apply EB2 for me and got LC already. If they apply new I-140, will I lose the approval of I-140 under EB3?

    Any advise is appreciate.
