Prevailing Wages v/s Salary

I have filed for my green card and I got my I-140 approval but when I received the approval documentation in my I-140 application


My lawyer has filled Prevailing wages as $ 38.32 per Hour ( $ 73574 / Year ) but my actual salary on my W-2 shows around $ 54,000.

Will this cause me any problem during my Consular Processing Interview

Is Prevailing Wages same as Salary ?

Salary in I-140 is future salary not the current one. as long as your salary matches the one on your H1 it should be fine
