my 140 is getting processed in TSC(Texas).When my attorney sent the request to upgrade to Premium Processing, they sennt the form 907 with 1000$ check to NE(Nebraska),,which is wrong as per INS instructions.They clearly mentioned that 907 form should be sent to the place where the 140 case is pending..CAn anyone adviese please?
My options are(these are my guesses):
Option 1: File another 907 with 1000$ to TSC
option2: Call customer service in NE to send it to Texas..
But option 2 will be time consuming is it?
