My employer is yet to file their tax papers, they intend to file it in next 10-15 days. For I-140, employers tax papers are needed.
What if I file for my I-140 without my employers tax papers and later send them as an addendum. Will it result in my application rejection i.e. does the employers tax papers come under the initial evidence?
