Porting priority date after 140

Any one please advise on this.I got my 140 approved from Company A.

I am planning to join company B
May I know if I can port my prioroity date using the old 140..If so how?

Should I have only 140 approval notice and Labor..

Else

Only 140 Approval Notice is enough?
