I140 Approval Notice

Hi

I got my I140 approved and I'm changing my current employer. However, the current employer's lawyer is refusing to give a copy of I140 approval notice. I also heard from my new employer's lawyer that if I could get the old I140 approval, I can keep my old labor priority date.

Give the above condition, is there a way I can get a copy of I140 which is already approved (not from the old lawyer- I guess)?

I 140 belongs to employer. Unless they give you a copy, you do not have any other way.
