Hi,
My company is havine some investigation going on from Dept of Labour(DOL) with regards to some complaint given by one of the consultant. In the mean time, my employer is asking me to start the GC process. They will sponser it. I heard that, if company is having any DOL problems, I-140 will not get cleared. Is that true?. I got a information form company that they got labour certification got cleared for DOL for some people. Do you suggest me to go ahead and start GC process?. Because, I donot want to get stuck in company once I start it.
Please advice.
