Hello There,
This what my lawyer has asked for because I can not get experience letters from my prior employers.
"In regards to your prior experience letters, you can get two notarized affidavits/letters from two co-workers AND ALL paystubs/W-2s for the entire period of employment. Please note CIS considers this as secondary evidence at the I-140 stage which may affect the processing of your case. Please confirm you assume this risk. "
Does any one have any suggestions?
