How many pay stubs do I need for Applying for I 140

Hi,

I filed my I-140 in Aug '07.. As of now I did not receive any receipt #.. Did any of you filed in Aug '07 and received the #? And my main concern is how many pay stubs do I need for I-140 to get approved.. While I-140 in process for how many months I can be on bench..

I-140 does not protect you from being out of status. If yu are on L1 or H1 you need to be paid to maintain status.

Your pay checks are not needed for I-140
