I-140 In Appeal

Hi Friends,

My 1-140 is in appeal. I have got my EAD and finger printing. cCan anyone in similar situation help me as to outcome of such cases.

My I 140 is pending. Got my work permit & went for the finger print. I filed my 1 485 also. I 485 pending 1 140 appeal or 1 140 pending is ok to get work permit & had finger print. May have to go for finger print for a couple of times. It dosent mean that we are going to get everything write. If we do not provide enough evidence to uscis they still can denied our pepers.
What is the reson that you appeal for 1 140.?
