Premium processing of pending I-140 Application

Hi Everybody,

I need information about premium processing of my pending I-140 application.My employer's attorney file my I-140 application in May 2007 under EB-3 category which is not approved yet.USCIS Online Status shows received and pending.

My question is : Is premium processing service is currently available or not for I-14O. If yes,can I apply for premium processing of pending I-140?

What documents needed for that?

Please reply the senior members.
