I140- Labour cleared last year

I applied for Labour last yeat Aug2006 and got approved. I have not applied for I-140. Is it possible to file 140 now, or the labour would have gone invalid. Please advice

From May 2007 you have 180 days to file your I 140 from your old LC, check with your attorney.
