Filing I-485 (Previous Courtcase)
HI,
I'm filing for I-485 next week.
I had a heated discussion over the parking with my landlord two years back and he filed a case against me but judge said that there is nothing in this case and it was amicably resolved in front of Judge. Court gives the Judgment not to talk to each other for next 3 months.
My question is – Does it going to affect my chances of getting GC? Do i have to mention this in my 485 form?
