My 140 was filed in September 2007. It is yet to be approved.
My company is being sold. Can you tell me if the processing still can continue under the current company?
In case, the new company decides not to proceed with my processing, what options do I have. My H1 expires in aug 2009.
I have also heard that green card processing cannot begin on the 6th year of your H1, is this true and is it true in my case too.
Very confused with all this.
