My I-140 got approved 3 weeks back and got EAD 1 month back. I'm planning to change my employer, but I'm afraid what if my employer revokes my I-140.
Can he revoke it after i-140 is approved (180 days are over after applying it) and I have EAD in hand?
What if I don't have I-140, if my employer refuses to hand over it to me, can I still continue my GC process? I have another offer from other company which is paying me far better than what I'm getting with current employer.
Can any one guide me?
