Pending I-140 and H1 Extension

Filed I-140 and I-485 in August 2007. FP done in October. EAD approved and received in Novemebr. AP approved in January. I -140 is still pending. I am in my 6th year of H1-B which will end in June 2008. Do i have to get my H1-B renewed ? Labor was approved in May 2006. Wife has already used EAD, so what happens to her H4 status ?

You can file H1B extension for one year, as Labor applied before year and 140 is not approved.
If you wait up to May-08 (before it ends in June-08) and by that time your 140 is approved, you may apply for three year extension.
Your wife's H4 is canceled when she started working based on EAD.
