Hi,
My employer first applied my first I-140 in Nov 2006 then later I got pre-approved labor from the same employer and the lawyer applied second I-140 in May 2007 both I-140's are not yet approved.
Meanwhile I got my EAD in Sep 2007, my questions is:
1. Can I change my job basis on the EAD, as my both I-140's are still in Pending status?
