Hello,
My PERM application is about to be filed for a Sr.Systems Analyst position.Currently i am a Systems Analyst and i am expecting a promotion in the month of May, this year. If my PERM comes back approved and i am ready to file for my 140 but for some reason my promotion does not go through, can i still go ahead and file for my I-140 application or i have to wait till i get promoted to a Sr.Systems Analyst. Any help is greatly appreciated.
