i 140 denied and appeal

Following my denied 140 . I want to appeal on the basis of my approval of part time work . I was working part time because the company applied for part time position. They argued that i was not paid profered wage. SEcondly I was hired to boost their business and get them business, which when I will get my green card I waill be able to able to get orders and basically for which the comapny hired me because my contacts.

Do you think thses points will get me some where>>>help me??

I am going appeal the case with my CEO no attorney ..will that be right???

It was ability to pay issue. My employer had been showing losses carried over from previous years but infact he was makingprofits as such, He has many businesses the one in which i work def. makes money . But when he files returns for over all business he shows loss.....

I hv recd the email today that my i 140 has been moved to Texas service center for processing and they will let me know of the out come.

But my case has been denied allready..What r they doing?//
