140 Approved - Previous PD missing

Hi,

I applied my 140 using previous priority date.
I confirmed this my attorney before and after applying 140.
They said they sent the proof, which I furnished, of previous PD along with my 140 application.

To my horror, my apporoved 140 notice is showing the PD of my latest GC process (the Labor application date) instead of the old PD. I mailed Attorney office about it. In the meanwhile, I thought I can check with the experts on this forum.

I hope the mistake would have occurred at USCIS because I don't think my attorney have any incentive to lie that they applied using my previous PD.

Any comments and guidance greately appreciated.

I have done the same thing but it was in around september 07.
Filed 140 with all the necessary docs to tr old PD to new I 140 and got receipt date 9, Oct 07.
My Question is How did u handle the situation ?
