Can I change my H1 while I-140 is still under processing ? My EAD and ADP has come.
Hi,
My current company 'A' has filed my I-140 which is still not approved and it is under process at Nebraska Center. (USCIS receiving date is 26th Feb-2007 for I-140 under EB3 category).
Can I change my H-1 to the new company 'B' and join them ,without disturbing my I-140 status filed by company 'A'?
Once I change my H-1 and start working using it, is my I-140 processing will be stopped automatically
Company 'A' has promised that they will not revoke my I-140 process and continue to support till the end .
Please advise me ASAP.
