I-140: wages don't match in LCA and paystubs

The labor certified by company C has prevailing wage 70K.
But I am working with Company D and getting more than 70K. Will there be a problem when I submit the latest pay-stubs.

... more is the bottom line here. Your employer has to pay you the salary which is equal to the amount mentioned in the LCA or more than the same.

It just cannot be less than the mentioned amount.
