I-140 pending using Labor substitution. Can I change employer ?

Hi,

My I-140 was filed using labor substitution and is in pending state at this moment.
My company is not doing good and job could be at risk down the time (before I-140 approval).
I have also filed for I-485 and can also apply for EAD.
I have H1-B status at this moment.

My question is>>
- Can I change employer before I-140 approval and continue existing GC processing?
- If yes, can my existing employer stop my GC processing if I change job?
- Which status should I use during Job switch? H1-B or EAD?

if you want let go GC process then you have to wait until I140 approval
