What next after I-140?
My I-140 was approved last year in August, and I never filed for my I-485. My current H1B is valid till July'08, and this will be the sixth year for H1B. I am currently living in Canada, and waiting to find a project in the US to go back.
My question is that how can I can I file for my Green Card from here (I-485, AOS, etc.), and how long will it take for me to get a Green Card.
