I have 7 years of experience with a company ABC in India during which I had been sent to onsite for 2 years on L1. Left ABC company and am on H1 now with new employer. I had applied for labor mentioning 7 years exp and its been approved. I have now applied for I140; since I do not have any experience/referrence letter from ABC I have submitted I140 with just a letter from ex-colleague (non-letter head). I guess I will get an RFE on this; can offer letter/payslips/W2s from previous company be given as proofs if RFE is given on it.
