My Current situation -
I am on H1 and applied for GC processing.
I-140 might get approved in 2-3 months down the line.
I485 was applied more than 6 months before
Already got EAD.
My questions
1. Can I start a business on my name after getting I-140. I know that one can start a business on H1 also, but cannot work for it.
2. If I get a better job offer from another company, then can I switch to that company after my I-140 gets approved. Or do I have to wait for another 6 months once my I-140 gets approved.
