Filing I140 after labor approval

Hi,

My labor got approved in first week of April 2008. My questions are :

1. How much time do I have to apply for I140 ?
2. Is Premium processing on I140 allowed ?
3. How much time is generally required to get i140 approved ?

2. No. PP has long been suspended for I-140s.
3. Check uscis.gov for I-140 processing time.
