485 is denied online but 140 is still showing pending as of june 9, 2008

485 is showing denied status online but 140 is still showing pending in online status as of june 9, 2008, can anybody help me in understanding this thing, or has anybody encountered the same problem?

485 denial could have nothing to do with I140. Anything special or noteworthy about your case? Need more details.

I received rfe for my 140 on april about education evaluation
and employer ability to pay my attorney replied on april 23,2008... and I was waiting for the decision on my 140, but today found out that my 485 is declined ...but 140 is showing the same status as" reply to RFE has been received and case processing has been resumed".... I got no idea where I stand.. too upset and hopeless.

Online status is not really accurate 100% of the time. The I140 denial might have happened.

Did you have any out of status period? What was your category? Was there any problem with your experience? Did you have 16 year education? What is your current status? Visa or Parolee? Was everything normal in the medical? What is your PD?

my category is eb3. no problem with experience as of my knowledge, but education is b.com 3 year graduation from indian university. I am working on h1b right now, didn't use my EAD and advance paroll. everything was normal in medical.... my priority date is nov,2004.
